Who is the data controller?

What data do we process and why?

Contact requests. When you use the contact form or write to the e-mail addresses on the site, we process the data you provide (name, e-mail address and the content of your message) for the sole purpose of answering your request. The legal basis is the performance of measures taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Please do not include health data that is not strictly necessary in your first message.

Traffic measurement. The site uses a first-party, anonymous counter that records page views without cookies, without your IP address and without any identifier that can be traced back to a person. The data is aggregated and shared only in aggregate form within the federicofiori.com editorial network. For this reason no consent banner is required.

How long do we keep the data?

Contact data is kept for the time needed to handle your request and to comply with any legal obligations, and is then deleted. Aggregated traffic statistics contain no personal data.

Who has access to the data?

Your data is not sold or transferred for marketing purposes. It may be processed by technical suppliers acting as data processors (hosting and the e-mail delivery service), strictly to operate the site and deliver messages.

What are your rights?

Under Articles 15–22 GDPR you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability of your data, and the right to object. You can exercise these rights by writing to info@federicofiori.com, and you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
